I guide leaders who are seeking depth, direction, and healing in times of transition. My work bridges the worlds of high performance and inner transformation, drawing on my background as a corporate executive at Procter & Gamble, Abbott, and Roche.
My own path has been one of unfolding — from early experiences of disconnection and resilience in childhood, through years of global corporate leadership, to the discovery of meditation and Aletheia-based coaching. These experiences have shaped a practice rooted in presence, truth, and compassionate inquiry.
Today, I help others reconnect with their authentic wholeness — integrating wisdom traditions, modern psychology, and real-world leadership insight to cultivate clarity, courage, and a deeper sense of purpose.
